Start Here: Wellness Begins with Being Heard
Wellness doesn’t begin with having all the answers. It begins with being heard.
So often, we move through life carrying symptoms, stress, questions, and concerns without ever having the space to slow down and look at the whole picture. At Salt & Sage Wellness, I believe there is value in starting differently—with a conversation, a listening ear, and a closer look at the foundations that support your everyday well-being.
Looking at the Whole Person
The body doesn’t exist in separate pieces. Sleep, nourishment, hydration, movement, stress, and emotional and spiritual well-being can all influence how we feel from day to day. Rather than focusing on one concern in isolation, I like to step back and consider these foundations together.
Iridology can also be part of that conversation, offering observations that help guide questions about patterns, tendencies, and areas where additional support may be worth exploring.
A Different Kind of Conversation
At Salt & Sage Wellness, I want our time together to feel less like being rushed through a checklist and more like sitting down with a cup of tea and sharing your story. Before we talk about iridology, wellness goals, or possible areas of support, I want to understand you—what you’ve been experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what matters most to you.
Because sometimes, clarity begins simply by having the space to be heard.
Your Wellness Story Matters
Your wellness journey is personal, and your story deserves time, attention, and thoughtful care. My hope is that this Journal becomes a quiet place you can return to for education, encouragement, and simple ways to better understand the foundations of your well-being.
We’ll take it one conversation, one observation, and one step at a time—together.
